Nothing here says any of these is this notice in another country. A model recalled in one country is often recalled in another, in different words and at a different time, and the authorities do not cross-reference each other. Reading them together is the reason this site holds more than one register.

What the ministry says is wrong
יתכן כי בשל תקלה בתהליך היצור, הקבל שהותקן בתוך יחידת הבקרה של כריות האוויר לא עבר טיפול תרמי מתאים. כתוצאה מכך יתכן מצבWhat is to be done about it
עדכון תוכנהThe passages above are quoted in Hebrew because that is the language the ministry published them in. This site keeps the wording a register had when it was read, and does not translate a safety notice.
Source: Israel Ministry of Transport and Road Safety, the recall notices dataset on data.gov.il, licensed CC BY (מקור: משרד התחבורה והבטיחות בדרכים, מאגר הודעות יצרני הרכב RECALL, data.gov.il). This site read the file, grouped its rows by recall number and set them in English around the ministry's own Hebrew; the wording is unaltered. CarsMultiverse is not the ministry and not a safety authority. To act on a notice, use the ministry's own search, which takes a licence plate.

Reading this against the source
This page is what the Israeli Ministry of Transport published in its open dataset of recall notices, kept as it was read. The authority publishes only its current wording; if a notice is rewritten, the earlier version disappears there and is kept here. The whole register is at /israel, and how the reading is done is set out in the method.
This notice names one vehicle among several registers that have written about it. Every notice this site holds for the Volkswagen Tiguan, in all seven, is kept on that vehicle's own page, with the newest in each.
This register keeps an index of its own for every maker and every year it holds: Israeli recalls on a Volkswagen: 91 in the register, and 205 Israeli vehicle recall notices filed in 2019.
